Thanks to the UT Extension’s Be More grant for implementing the Move to Lose fitness challenge. Walking has been the ONLY exercise I’ve ever really done, but this program allowed me and challenged me to try. Hasn’t been easy BUT I must say that I have enjoyed it and have found myself not wanting to miss working out. And for a change I haven’t rushed the weight loss like I normally do and I still have seen results. So thanks again for inspiring the community to want to do better and LIVE better !!!!
